Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Boldmere

Basic Salary: £27,000. Rising to £29,000 after one year

OTE: £50,000

We're looking for an experienced Branch Manager to take charge of the Boldmere office.

The Team:

• Assistant Manager
• Valuation Manager
• Sales Progressor
• Mortgage Adviser
• Admin team + part-time viewing staff

The office has amazing potential. It's previously been one of our most profitable branches, with a fantastic range of property prices and types, giving the right manager a real opportunity to make an impact.

If you're a hands-on, results-driven manager who can lead a team, drive performance, and enjoy all aspects of branch management, this could be your next move.

What we're looking for:

• A hands-on, results-driven leader who can motivate and manage the team
• Someone confident with sales, valuations, and negotiations
• Ability to re-energize the office and drive performance
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
