An exciting vacancy has arisen for an experienced Branch Manager to join a highly successful and reputable Estate Agency in Darlington.JobDuties of the post will include:Managing a sales team.Speaking with potential clients, promoting the agency, negotiating terms, arranging valuationsMarketing/advertising properties for saleDealing with buyers, discussing new properties, arranging viewings, showing buyers around propertiesNegotiating sale pricesArranging conveyancingThe successful candidate will have full responsibility for residential sales as well as the day-to-day management of a busy office including supervision of office staff.
