Conveyancing Trainer

We're proud to be partnering with a leading property business that is looking for an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Trainer/Sales Progression Trainer to join their growing team.

You'll be responsible for coaching team members, enhancing their knowledge, and ensuring high standards of service and compliance are consistently achieved.

As a Conveyancing Trainer, your key role will be:

• Deliver interactive training sessions and one-to-one coaching across all aspects of conveyancing and sales progression.
• Manage the Team and the sales progression process.
• Identify training needs within teams and design bespoke learning and development plans.
• Support both new starters and experienced staff through continuous coaching and mentoring.
• Provide expert advice on conveyancing processes, property law fundamentals, and compliance requirements.
• Evaluate training outcomes and make data-driven improvements to ensure consistent team success.
• Promote a positive and proactive learning environment across the business.

What's on offer:

• £30,000 basic salary
• Monthly commission & bonus (£45,000 OTE)
