Mon- Fri 48 hr per week

I'm looking for someone who's ready to get stuck in as a Bar Back and Server. This is one of those jobs that's the backbone of any great bar or restaurant. It's hard work, but it's a brilliant way to learn the ropes and be part of a team that makes things happen.

About the Role:

We're after someone who isn't afraid of a bit of hard graft and can work as part of a tight-knit team. You'll be supporting the bartenders and floor staff to make sure service runs like a well-oiled machine, keeping everything clean, stocked, and ready to go.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the bar team by keeping everything stocked up-ice, glassware, garnishes, you name it.
• Help servers by clearing and cleaning tables quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness behind the bar and in customer areas.
• Jump in to help with basic service tasks when things get busy.
• Be the extra pair of hands that everyone relies on during a hectic shift.
• Work as a team player, communicating with both bartenders and servers to keep things flowing.

What We're Looking For:

• You've got to have a great work ethic. This role is about being on your feet and being proactive.
• Some experience in a bar or restaurant is a plus, but honestly, a can-do attitude is more important.
• You work well with others. No lone wolves here; it's all about supporting your teammates.
• You're efficient and can keep your cool when it gets busy.
• A genuine interest in hospitality. You enjoy the buzz of a busy service and want to learn more.
