As part of our Front of House team, you'll be at the heart of the guest journey from the very first hello. Whether it's greeting arrivals with a smile, assisting with luggage, or sharing your knowledge of the local area, you'll set the tone for a memorable stay.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on interacting with people, enjoys being hands-on, and understands that exceptional service begins at the door.

• Offer a genuine and warm welcome to all guests upon arrival.

• Assist with luggage handling, storage, and transportation to rooms.

• Work closely with Reception, Concierge, and Valet teams to deliver seamless service.

• Support guests with directions, transport requests, and local recommendations.

• Maintain a polished and professional presence at the hotel entrance.

• Uphold safety and security standards while creating a friendly, approachable atmosphere.

Salary: £25,375 p/a Service charge, plus benefits
