Prepare and troubleshoot Cut & Crease tooling, including cutting dies, speed strip dies, and female stripping dies. Accurately use counters and creasing matrix during the make-ready process. Operate and maintain embossing and debossing dies to achieve high-quality finishes. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deliver outstanding results for customers. Requirements: A minimum of 5 years' experience operating Cut & Crease (Die-Cutting) machinery. Strong technical knowledge of print finishing processes and excellent mechanical aptitude.
