• Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients across multiple sectors.

• Identify business opportunities and develop tailored recruitment solutions.

• Source, screen, and place the best candidates into suitable roles.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement.

• Achieve personal and team sales and recruitment targets.

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment.

• A full UK driving licence (essential).
