Description About the role We are looking for a Shift Manager to join our Buffets department responsible for our catering stores warehouse and team of kitchen porters. Reporting to the Back of House Manager, the Hygiene & Warehouse Shift Manager will be responsible for ensuring daily duties are fulfilled by ensuring that relevant tasks and objectives are being carried out by the team, and that team are in the right place at the right time to ensure we can manage food and equipment demands which fluctuate dependant on requirements whilst keeping standards high.
