You'll also take the lead on planning two major volunteer celebration events annually, helping foster a culture of appreciation and inclusion. What you'll need to succeed We're looking for someone with: Proven experience managing volunteers across recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and retention.Strong understanding of volunteering policies, processes, and relevant legislation.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse audiences.High-level organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.Confidence using IT systems including Microsoft Office and volunteer management platforms (e.g. Better Impact).Experience designing and delivering training and development sessions.A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
