Head of Programmes, Human Resource Development (HRD for the Jamat (Ismaili Community) About the role: The Institute of Ismaili Studies (IIS) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Programmes, HRD for the Jamat to contribute to the overall intellectual life of The Institute and its service to the Ismaili Community (Jamat). The postholder is responsible for steering, developing, and managing the delivery of several Human Resource Development programmes for Ismaili community institutions, particularly for, but not restricted to, the Ismaili Tariqah Religious Education Boards (ITREBs) globally. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing several direct reports, engaging in stakeholder consultation, and the delivery of multiple complex projects on time and within budget. What we're looking for: Leadership and management of multiple programmes and streams of work. Design, develop and deliver impactful programmes that advance the training for HR for the needs of the global Ismaili community (Jamat) system. Demonstrate confidence and cultural sensitivity to talk comfortably with colleagues, community members and wider stakeholders, including academics, leadership and participants, being able to communicate sensitive and academically complex information in appropriate formats .
