An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Surveyor to join a presitigious resedential surveying practices covering the Edinburgh region.
Role and Responsibilities of a Residential Surveyor:
- Carrying out Home Reports for customers.
- Mortgage valuations reports to a list of blue-chip lender clients.
Qualifying Criteria:
- AssocRICS or M/FRICS qualified
- VRS
- Passionate about residential surveying whilst being methodical in approach.
- A proven claims track record.
- A full driving licence.
