What You'll Bring Proven experience in hard services facilities management (planned and reactive maintenance) within a regulated environment. Strong technical knowledge of CDM regulations, asbestos management, and energy performance standards. ONC/BTEC qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent experience). Training in Asbestos Awareness, Legionella Control, Fire Safety, and Emergency First Aid. Excellent relationship management and organisational skills. Full UK driving licence and eligibility for SC clearance.
