Finance Manager (Part-Time)
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

Hours: Flexible 20-30 hrs per week

Are you a finance professional ready to make an impact in a small, collaborative team? We re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join a well-established engineering business on a part-time basis.

You ll work closely with the leadership team to provide financial insight, management reporting, and commercial support that drives smart business decisions. This is a varied and autonomous role where you ll have real influence and visibility.

What you ll do:

• Partner with directors to support financial planning and performance.
• Produce management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
• Provide commercial insight to improve margins and efficiency.
• Maintain strong financial controls and processes.

What we re looking for:

• Proven experience in a similar finance role (ideally within engineering, or SME environments).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable being hands-on in a small team.
• Qualified or QBE accountant.
