  • Provide high-quality administrative support to a team of Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs)
  • Process new business applications and ongoing client servicing requirements
  • Liaise with clients, providers, and colleagues to ensure smooth and timely processing of work
  • Prepare documentation and reports for client meetings and annual reviews
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with FCA regulations
  • Support the financial planning process, ensuring all files are audit-ready
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in an IFA or financial planning administration role is highly desirable
  • Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Good knowledge of financial products such as pensions, investments, and protection
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and ideally CRM/financial software systems
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Interest in or progress toward professional qualifications (e.g., CII)
