Digital Transformation Officer

Location: Law Centre NI, State Buildings, 2 Arthur Place, Belfast

Salary: £32,909 - £34,723 + 5% employer pension contribution

Duration: Fixed term contract to 31st May 2026

Hours of work: 35 hours per week (consideration will be given to part time hours)

MAIN DUTIES

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

1. Progress the development and customisation of an existing wordpress website

2. Integrate plugins and third-party tools as required

3. Design and integrate visual content to enhance the existing site

4. Enhance and embed digital tools and systems to create innovative ways of working

5. Design and develop a suite of engaging and interactive eLearning modules to integrate to our word press LMS

6. Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility

7. Optimise site performance, SEO, and accessibility

8. Provide a proficient level of IT technical support and troubleshooting

9. Engage staff and stakeholders to ensure solutions are user-friendly and sustainable

10. Deliver training, support, and documentation to build internal digital confidence
