You'll conduct market appraisals, generate listings, and follow up with potential vendors to secure new business, while also promoting the company's additional services such as mortgages and conveyancing.The position offers excellent variety, as you'll provide valuation cover across different branches and work closely with local teams to maintain high performance levels and deliver outstanding service to clients.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market appraisals and valuations to a high professional standard.
- Secure new listings by converting valuations into instructions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
- Promote related services such as conveyancing and mortgage advice.
- Provide support and cover across multiple offices as required.
- Ensure all activity is compliant, professional, and aligned with company standards.
- Contribute to branch performance targets and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Property Valuer, Lister, or Senior Negotiator.
- Proven record in converting market appraisals into successful instructions.
- Confident, personable, and target-driven with strong communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Leeds property market and surrounding areas.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (insured for business use).
- IT literate with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- High energy, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for property.
