As a Relief Chef, you will: Prepare high-quality, nutritious meals for residents and guests in a brasserie-style setting Plan menus and manage day-to-day kitchen operations Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards Manage stock, monitor food costs, and minimise waste Lead and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

We'd love to hear from you if you: Have previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a similar environment Hold an Enhanced DBS (or are willing to obtain one) Are adaptable, reliable, and work well under pressure Take pride in delivering high-quality food and service
