Our client, a well-respected planning consultancy in the Midlands, is seeking a Senior Town Planner to join their Nottingham office. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly regarded team on a wide range of projects while progressing your professional development.

About the Role:
As a Senior Town Planner, you will:

• Lead on planning applications and appeals across a variety of sectors

• Provide expert planning advice to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders

• Contribute to strategic planning projects and business development initiatives

• Mentor and support junior team members

• Work closely with local authorities, developers, and other professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes

Who We're Looking For:

• MRTPI qualified (or actively working towards chartership)

• Proven experience in town planning, ideally at Senior Planner level or ready to step up

• Strong knowledge of UK planning regulations and policy

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills

• A motivated individual with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
