Job Title: Vehicle Technician
Location: Southampton
Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 + bonus
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles
• Performing diagnostics and fault-finding using the latest tools and equipment
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with manufacturer guidelines
• Maintaining accurate records of work completed and parts used
• Working collaboratively with the service team to ensure a smooth workflow and excellent customer satisfaction

Ideal Candidate:

• Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a similar role within a dealership or independent garage
• MOT Tester certification (preferred but not essential)
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Reliable, efficient, and a team player with a proactive attitude
