Applying powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment. Operating curing ovens and ensuring products are finished to a high standard. Carrying out quality inspections on completed work and rectifying any defects where required. Loading and unloading parts safely throughout the coating process. Maintaining spray booths, equipment and work areas in line with health & safety procedures. Working closely with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines. Supporting general manufacturing duties as required. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in powder coating is essential. Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual and safety conscious.
