Qualiteach Education Group is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our energetic team, working alongside our Regional Director to grow and develop a thriving office.

Your Role:

• Work closely with the Regional Director to support a high-performing team.
• Identify, engage, and place top-tier candidates in teaching and support roles.
• Build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Proactively develop new business opportunities with schools.
• Handle the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to successful placement.
• Hit targets, earn commission, and grow your career in a rewarding industry.
