The role is demanding and diverse and involves: Managing a large and diverse client base many local authorities and schools work exclusively with Vision for Education. Meeting regularly with clients to build and maintain strong working relationships. Developing a thorough understanding of client schools, including their culture, needs, and expectations. Using sales, business development, and marketing techniques, including networking opportunities, to attract new clients. Attending student review meetings to monitor progress and inform support plans. Liaising with parents and carers to schedule tuition sessions, ensuring availability and engagement. Managing tutor and student attendance, promptly addressing cancellations, absences, or changes to provision. Collating and reviewing weekly tuition reports, tracking student outcomes and escalating any concerns. Using the Salesforce system to manage bookings and maintain accurate records, Advertising roles and promote opportunities using social media and other digital platforms to attract candidates and engage the education community. Using candidate databases to match tutors to suitable bookings based on student needs. Receiving and reviewing applications, conduct interviews, and create shortlists for clients. Requesting references and perform suitability and safeguarding checks prior to candidate placement. Brief candidates on their responsibilities, expectations, salary, and benefits before deployment. What will I be doing? You'll be working to deliver hire tools and small diggers from our branch to our local customers in a safe and professional manner. Loading the vehicle in the yard, it'll be your responsibility to ensure the vehicle is properly loaded, safe and in-line with road and transport legislation. Our drivers are the face of the business and will demonstrate professionalism whilst on the road and with our customers at all times. Delivering our Tool Hire equipment, regularly returning back to branch to reload your vehicle. Am I right for the job? You will have a Class 2 driving license, up to date CPC records and 12 months+ driving experience (preferred but not essential). You'll be confident in dealing with our customers, building new relationships and developing existing ones. You will be safety focused, ensuring work is completed in a safe and professional manner.
