Some of what you'll do

• You'll work closely with operations and solutions architects to support the roll-out and continued maintenance of the company's core SaaS solution
• Troubleshoot and triage 1st line issues regarding client-side integration for mobile, web and connected TV (CTV) platforms
• Gradually deepen involvement in customer projects, supporting the onboarding of logo broadcast and MSO clients onto the companies dynamic ad insertion (DAI) platform

What you'll bring to the table

• 3+ years of experience working in Linux environments (CentOS/RHEL) and competency with Shell Scripting (eg, Bash, Perl, Python) or other Scripting languages eg, Perl
• Expertise with high availability systems and large scale web applications
• Enthusiasm for exploring new technologies and an appetite for continuous learning, particularly an interest in the world of video streaming and the platforms and devices that power the space
