Salary: £23,809

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Assistant to join our busy Merchandising team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in retail merchandising, supporting the planning, analysis, and delivery of product ranges that delight our customers and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide data and insight to support product range planning and trading decisions
• Monitor sales performance and identify trends across locations and categories
• Support pricing, promotions, and communication with stores and online teams
• Liaise with suppliers and distribution centres to ensure smooth product flow
• Assist with stock allocation and purchase order creation

About You:

• Numerate, analytical, and highly organised
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in Excel (training provided if needed)
• Eager to learn and develop within a fast-paced retail environment
