What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the Store Manager in driving performance across all KPIs Leading by example on the shop floor - energising the team and delivering exceptional customer experiences Using data to pre-empt challenges and spot opportunities - you'll be proactive, not reactive Creating a welcoming, exciting space for our diverse customer base - including high-profile visitors and influencers Acting as a brand advocate - both in-store and on social media - showcasing what makes OSE a must-visit destination Coaching and developing team members, spotting talent, and supporting progression Providing clear, constructive feedback and confidently addressing performance or conduct issues with fairness and professionalism Thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment where no two days are the same
