The ideal candidate will be able to implement training and development plans, while conferring with senior management and directors.

The Role:

• Oversee multiple sites within the business
• Liaise with clients, staff, and suppliers
• Identify issues within the business and implement solutions
• Contribute to budgets and business plans
• Hire staff and introduce training plans
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance overall business performance, while adhering to health and safety standards

The Person:

• Experience in an operations or managerial role in the garage door/security door industry
• Full UK driving licence
