Key responsibilities: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Network Engineer to spearhead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and cloud-integrated network infrastructures. This role is ideal for a seasoned network engineer with a proven track record in greenfield builds and regulated environments, who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes projects. Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of complex greenfield network infrastructures. Architect and implement secure, compliant network solutions for regulated industries. Design and deploy cloud-native and hybrid network services across AWS and Azure platforms. Implement defence-in-depth strategies using a diverse range of network technologies. Integrate and manage Cisco Meraki and ZScaler solutions to enhance network performance and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, cloud, and DevOps to ensure seamless delivery. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Skills and Qualifications: Extensive experience as a Lead Network Engineer in enterprise environments. Demonstrated success in greenfield network builds from concept to deployment. Deep understanding of secure network design in regulated sectors (e.g., finance, healthcare, government). Hands-on expertise with Cisco Meraki and ZScaler technologies. Strong knowledge of cloud networking in AWS and Azure, including VPCs, VPNs, and hybrid connectivity. Proficiency in implementing layered security architectures and zero-trust models.
