This is a multifaceted, fast paced, and exciting role where you will join our team in Derby to lead on the delivery and development of high-quality refuge and outreach services for survivors of domestic abuse and other gender-based crimes. Our service provision in Derby includes culturally specific service for South Asian women as well as a specialist multiple disadvantage support worker who support survivors facing enhanced needs. The post holder will provide line management and support to the accommodation based and the outreach service staff. You will also ensure that all service users in refuges and the outreach service always receive a high-quality support service in line with Refuge s policies and procedures.
