Now we're looking for a Sous Chef to help lead the line, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Head Chef to keep service smooth, the team motivated, and standards sky high. What you'll be doing Supporting the Head Chef in running the kitchen day-to-day. Leading service and keeping the team focused and motivated. Making sure our Steak Frites is cooked and served to perfection every time. Managing stock, food safety, and kitchen standards. Helping to train and develop the team - we want our chefs to grow with us. What we're looking for Experience in a busy kitchen, ideally as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef. A genuine passion for great service and tasty food Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure (especially on a Saturday night). A leader who inspires their team and isn't afraid to get stuck in on the line. Why join us?
