Now, we're looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to join our passionate team. This is a rewarding role where you'll play a vital part in shaping, growing, and celebrating the contribution of volunteers who make such a difference to children and families in our catchment area

As Volunteer Coordinator, you will:

  • Recruit, train, and support volunteers for our Early Years Programmes and our Breastfeeding Peer Support Service.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and supervision, ensuring volunteers feel confident, valued, and supported.
  • Build strong partnerships with community groups, schools, colleges, and health professionals to promote volunteering.
  • Organise recognition and celebration events that showcase the impact of volunteering.
  • Act as the first point of contact for new volunteers, helping them feel welcome and connected.

This is a varied and people-focused role, perfect for someone who enjoys bringing people together and empowering them to make a difference.
