About the Role
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for facilities management and technical excellence? We are is seeking a proactive and experienced Site Lead to oversee the day-to-day operation of our static site in Wolverhampton. You'll ensure compliance with statutory and mandatory standards while managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Fabric services to deliver high-quality service across the contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and maintain M&E plant, equipment, and fabric services.
- Manage the CAFM system to monitor performance and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001 and manage QHSE responsibilities.
- Organise and carry out reactive and planned maintenance tasks.
- Supervise specialist contractors and ensure quality service delivery.
- Compile and validate risk assessments, method statements, and work package plans.
- Attend meetings, training, and respond to operational requirements.
- Participate in out-of-hours call-outs and contractor audits.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in maintenance practices.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Proficient in CAFM systems and report compilation.
- Skilled in risk assessment and logbook management.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Client-facing experience and ability to work under pressure.
Desirable Qualifications:
- City & Guilds or equivalent in Electrical discipline.
- IOSH Managing Safely certification.
- Knowledge of plant operations, BMS systems, and business-critical services.
