As an Insurance & Claims Officer at Hyde, you'll play a key role in managing insurance risks, handling claims, and overseeing legal disrepair actions. You'll ensure Hyde's insurance obligations are met efficiently and that we continue to provide a high-quality, customer-focused service to our residents.

Key Duties

  • Manage the procurement and renewal of insurance services in line with contract requirements.
  • Oversee insurance claims, liaising with insurers, loss adjusters, and contractors to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor the performance of insurance providers and brokers to maintain service excellence.
  • Lead and coordinate the management of legal disrepair claims, liaising with legal representatives and contractors to ensure compliance with Civil Procedure Rules.
  • Support the Head of Asset Management in contract management duties, performance monitoring, and budget management for insurance and disrepair activities.
