We are seeking a full-time IFA Administrator to join the team. This is an ideal opportunity for a career administrator who enjoys providing high-quality support within a financial services environment. The role is primarily office-based, with the potential for one day working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing new business and client administration
  • Supporting advisers and paraplanners with day-to-day tasks
  • Maintaining accurate client records in Intelligent Office (experience desirable)
  • General office administration duties to support the wider team
