Our client, a world class manufacturing specialist supplying components to F1, motorsport, automotive and aerospace customers, requires a number of experienced composite laminators to work on a contract basis outside IR35. Days and nights available. Responsibilities: Laminating carbon fibre pre-preg components to engineering drawings and lay-up manuals Carrying out vacuum bagging, debulking, and autoclave curing processes Producing both structural and non-structural composite parts Working to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality Requirements: Proven experience as a Composite Laminator in motorsport, F1, or other high-performance industries Strong knowledge of pre-preg laminating techniques Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD data, and lay-up manuals Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively under pressure
