Key Responsibilities: Supervise the cleaning team to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Act as a hands-on lead and frontline supervisor to deliver a quality cleaning service. Respond promptly to any issues with routine or non-routine cleaning tasks. Provide cover and carry out remedial cleaning when required. Complete and submit overtime timesheets, and manage/approve staff holidays. Monitor work quality and complete quality control sheets. Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are used safely and economically. Maintain all cleaning equipment and storage areas in a clean and safe condition.
