Experience in cultivating and stewarding high-value relationships (donors, corporates, partners). Excellent communication and influencing skills. Experience planning and delivering events to raise unrestricted funds. Financial and data analysis skills relevant to income generation. Proven ability to earn the trust of Trustees, staff, partners, and funders. Belief in the potential and value of young people. Commitment to safeguarding, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
