With luxurious surroundings, modern facilities, and stunning coastal views, it's designed to be a home where comfort, dignity, and joy are part of everyday life. We care for up to 67 residents, offering Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care each delivered with warmth and heart by our exceptional team. We're now looking for a Residential Unit Manager a natural leader who inspires confidence, nurtures talent, and leads by example. If you're someone who takes pride in seeing others succeed, who brings compassion to leadership and energy to every shift, we'd love to hear from you. You'll work three shifts on the floor and have eight supernumerary hours each week to focus on leading, developing, and supporting your team. You'll also be part of the on-call rota and available for alternate weekends.
