Key Recruitment have a new opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join an award-winning 2 AA Rosette restaurant, based in a 4 hotel in Chichester.

Full time - 5 out of 7 days including evenings and weekends
Your role will include, but will not be limited to:
- To cook consistently and enthusiastically at a high level, as directed by the Head Chef and Sous Chef
- Liaise with the senior chefs on a daily basis with an accurate list of orders for the following day
- Be responsible for hygiene and wastage in your own section and in the kitchen as a whole
- Responsible for the set-up of your section and any handover for others entering the section
What you'll need:
- Own transport is required due to the rural location
- Previous experience of working to Chef de Partie level is required or being ready to progress to this level
- Experience of fine dining
- An awareness of costs and food margins
- A genuine passion for food and service is essential as is a flexible approach to work
