Identify the parts required to carry out the repair and requisition any parts and determine expected time of delivery so that a date and time of any necessary service re-visit can be agreed with customer. About the Role Working to deliver the best quality service, carrying out repairs to void properties, you ll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work, within a social housing setting. You ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience. About You Candidates will hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification (ideally carpentry/plumbing) or a Level 2 Building Maintenance Operative or equivalent.
