Assembly Operatives Window Company

Location: DN11, Doncaster
Pay: £12.21 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am 2.30pm
Contract: Temp to Perm Opportunity

Venatu Recruitment Group are currently recruiting Assembly Operatives for our client, a successful window manufacturing company based in the DN11 area. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with the potential to go permanent.

Role Responsibilities of an Assembly Operative:

• Assembling windows and related components to company specifications.
• Using hand and power tools as part of the assembly process.
• Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling when required.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while following company policies and health & safety guidelines.

What We re Looking For in an Assembly Operative:

• Previous experience in window assembly would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Physically fit with the ability to carry out heavy lifting.
• Practical skills and confidence using power tools.
• A quick learner with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
