On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Regulatory Request Governance Analystfor an initial 6-month contract based in London. It is a hybrid model.

Purpose of the role

Collaboration with Regulators, Monitors and Audit to interpret and prepare responses to any training related requests, findings and commitments within specified timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpretation of training related Regulator/Monitor and Audit requests, findings and commitments.
  • Preparation and submission of responses to Regulator/Monitor and Audit requests, findings and commitments, including regular reporting on ongoing corrective action and / or remediation plans and provision of evidence within specified timeframes.
  • Maintenance of records of training related correspondence and commitments.
  • Maintenance of effective communication with stakeholders in Audit, Legal, Exam Managements and across 1/2LoD.
  • Support in the coordination of the annual Training Needs Analysis process, consolidation of reports and sourcing approvals as needed.
  • Support in the maintenance of the team's Supporting Documentation, organisational charts detailing the supervisory structure of the team, and other governance related materials.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within Financial Services, with fluent written English and exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to author audit/regulator and monitor responses clearly and concisely.
  • Experience of driving closure of audit action plans in a timely manner and experience with audit tracking systems/portals.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Clear, logical thought process, ability to articulate ideas and communicate rationale.
  • Ability to present and facilitate discussions with global stakeholders.
  • Awareness of data privacy requirements specifically ability to apply discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential data.
  • A background in an audit, exam management role or regulatory remediation role is desirable. However, experience in training field is not essential.
  • Sound judgement by considering the outcome/consequences of decisions before acting.
  • Implementation and application of practical and risk-based solutions to address regulatory requirements and expectations.
