Power App Engineer - SC Cleared

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Power Apps Engineer - SC Cleared.

You will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company for this role.

Must not have been outside of the UK for more then 6 months in the last 5 years.

Key Requirements:

- Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data or Software Engineer with deep expertise in Power Apps and Python to join a dynamic team.
- This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable solutions, sharing knowledge, and fostering the growth of junior colleagues.
- You will play a key role in designing and developing digital tools, automating workflows, and enabling data driven decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain custom applications using Power Apps, integrating with Microsoft 365 and other data sources.
- Develop robust, scalable scripts and tools using Python for data processing, automation, and analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Actively mentor junior engineers and analysts, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical support.
- Lead internal workshops or training sessions to upskill team members in Power Apps, Python, and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including data analysts, product owners, and business users.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Ensure all solutions are well-documented and adhere to organisational standards for security, accessibility, and performance.

Key Experience:

- Proven experience developing solutions with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps).
- Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Flask or FastAPI.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Ability to mentor and support junior staff in technical development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience with Azure services (eg, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Data Factory).
- Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and version control (eg, Git).
- Understanding of data governance and security principles.
