- Overseeing requirements capture, analysis, and validation to ensure robust traceability through the engineering lifecycle.

Essential Skills and Experience: - Degree in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Proven leadership experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Proven experience throughout the design, development, and testing stages of defence platforms.
- Systems engineering experience in the context of safety-critical systems.
- Proficient in model-based systems engineering and confident applying structured, data-driven methods.
