Have a good understanding of BMS and Control Systems associated with Mechanical Plant and Equipment to assist fault diagnosis and correct set up. Supervise the team in all aspects of work, undertaking people management activities such as Safety Briefings, absence reporting, performance reviews, annual leave and timesheet approvals. Plan and arrange staff training to support their development. Ensure that you and the team undertake repairs to HVAC Plant and Associated Systems to a high standard. Ensure that you and the team undertake installation, alteration and repairs to pipework systems as needed to a high standard and in good time to minimise impact of downtime. To respond in a prompt and effective manner to any Helpdesk related reactive maintenance issues, associated with the heating and ventilation systems, pumps, water tanks, valves, pipework and associated mechanical systems or as directed, ensuring that your team do similar. Working hours are 45 hours - Monday to Friday + plenty of overtime Criteria to apply: An experienced Contracts Supervisor (Mechanical) with a pro-active fault-finding approach to Engineering. A personable engineer who can articulate to clients the necessary steps and actions required to rectify issues when required.
