My client is seeking an experienced Store Manager based in Perth to take ownership of one of their high-performing stores and lead it to the next level of success. The successful Store Manager, will be based in Perth, report directly into the Operations Manager and oversee a small team.
The successful Store Manager, based in Perth, will be responsible for driving sales and profitability of the store and achieving the highest levels of customer service. This role will include a Mon-Fri shift pattern with a 7:30am start and occasional weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities for the Store Manager based in Perth:
- To drive sales and profitability of the store.
- Achieve the highest levels of customer service.
- Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience aligned with brand standards.
- Manage a team in store and liaise with regional management to adhere to company policy.
- Ensure the visual representation of the store is maintained to a very high standard.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
- Ensure store presentation, safety, and compliance standards are consistently met.
- Control costs and stock management as well as cash handling and till management.
- Manage all aspects of HR & Health & Safety, including fire marshal and first aid responsibilities.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management

Key Qualifications and what you'll bring for the Store Manager based in Perth:
- A minimum of 3 years previous management experience or team leader/assistant manager experience in a retail environment
- A full driving license
