Clinic Manager - Flagship Aesthetics Clinic (Palmers Green)
Swiss Aesthetics is one of North London's most trusted and fastest-growing brands in aesthetics. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Manager to lead our flagship Palmers Green clinic.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who is passionate about people, performance and delivering a five-star client experience. You will play a key role in leading the team, driving growth, and upholding the high standards that define our brand.
We are seeking an individual with managerial experience, preferably in the beauty or aesthetics industry. You must be organised, approachable, and sales-driven, with excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach to leadership. Strong computer skills are essential.
As Clinic Manager, you will:
- Lead, monitor and motivate a talented team to deliver outstanding results.
- Oversee daily clinic operations, performance, and client satisfaction.
- Manage rotas, stock control, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure smooth, efficient clinic operations with a strong focus on client experience.
