Building Control Consultant Following the Building Safety Act (2022) the Building Regulation Principal Designer (BR PD) role involves Design Coordination in relation to the Building Regulations. You will liaise with your team to utilise Design Compliance trackers and provide design advice relevant to this. Building Control Consultant Requirements Class 2A RBI as a minimum (required) Experience of working on HRB projects (required) Full Chartered Membership of CABE - MCABE (preferred) Experience working as a Building Regulation Consultant / Building Regulation Principal Designer (preferred) What will you get in return?
