A fast-growing Construction Compliance consultancy are seeking a Building Safety Consultant to aid their clients with Building Regulation and BSA Advisory. You will be encouraged to maintain your RBI status, with the annual subscription paid for. The team consists of a Class 4G/H and other very experienced professionals, which enables a very collaborative environment. If you're a Building Control Surveyor looking to move from statutory compliance and manage clients through the Gateway process, and enjoy the flexibility that comes with this job role, then you will thoroughly enjoy this role. This is a fully remote role. Building Control Consultant Following the Building Safety Act (2022) the Building Regulation Principal Designer (BR PD) role involves Design Coordination in relation to the Building Regulations. You will liaise with your team to utilise Design Compliance trackers and provide design advice relevant to this. Building Control Consultant Requirements Class 2A RBI as a minimum (required) Experience of working on HRB projects (required) Full Chartered Membership of CABE - MCABE (preferred) Experience working as a Building Regulation Consultant / Building Regulation Principal Designer (preferred) What will you get in return?
