Independent Financial Adviser - Nationwide - Salary up to £75k + Bonus - Remote

If you've built a career under a restricted model and you're now craving proper independence, this is your next step.

You'll join a respected, planning-led firm that values client outcomes over product sales. You can come in on an employed or self-employed basis. You'll have paraplanning, admin and compliance all handled in-house, plus modern tech and marketing support to help you grow your book your way.

You'll need:

• Level 4 Diploma (minimum) and FCA-authorised status
• A solid track record in advice - ideally from a restricted model like SJP, Quilter, or similar
• A desire to work truly independently while maintaining structure and support

You'll get:

• £60k-£150k+ OTE
• Full back-office and paraplanning support
