Hunters 4 Staff is proud to be recruiting for a confident and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the day-to-day running of their prestigious client, a luxury spa resort nestled in the heart of Staffordshire. What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and team leadership.
• Leading shift briefings and ensuring smooth service throughout the day.
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling feedback professionally.
• Managing staffing levels and rotas to meet business needs.
• Maintaining high standards in health, hygiene and safety.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organised, detail-focused and calm under pressure.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
