 What you'll be doing: 
 - Supporting the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and team leadership.
- Leading shift briefings and ensuring smooth service throughout the day.
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling feedback professionally.
- Managing staffing levels and rotas to meet business needs.
- Maintaining high standards in health, hygiene and safety.
 What we're looking for: 
 - Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Organised, detail-focused and calm under pressure.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
