What You'll Do:
- Delivering an exceptional personalised service on our hamper desks
- Identifying customer profiles and recommending best products
- Using D365 to ship orders around the world
- Curating and completing the transactions of our hampers
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment in a similar role/passion
- Brings genuine enthusiasm for fine food and drink, inspiring customers with recommendations that elevate their shopping experience.
- A friendly warm approach with great people skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
- Outstanding communication skills
